We hear so much about water quality, is this a problem? - Let's start by answering the rumours about drinking water - the student to this diet can expect to run to the toilet as quickly as they drink the water until their body gets used to drinking so much fluid. Once you become accustomed to drinking lots of water you can then start to drink slower and be set for a permanent healthy way of life. Any water is good for flushing the toxins out of your body and helps your body to do the job other vital organs do every day, for example, your liver - useful products are absorbed and waste product then goes through your bodies detox system, of these about 75% pass through your liver and harmful toxins which cannot be neutralized and are NOT water soluble are neutralised by mixing them with natural enzymes to make them water soluble and are then passed to either the kidneys or bowel. Water comes in all forms and for those still unsure whether that glass of water contains more problems than being overweight then think again. Can you please suggest a typical day to kick start with. - This can be altered a little but as you begin this change although it's tough, stick with it.
Before breakfast, lunch and dinner drink at least two glasses of cool water (one hour before is ideal)
Breakfast - should be small, for example two scrambled eggs (no bread) - if you really must eat bread make it brown wholemeal.
About 11.00am - enjoy a couple of glasses of water with an apple - one glass of fruit juice per day is O.K.
